Exchanges and Returns Policy

Please use this template as your subject line: "Order #### - Return/Exchange"

Place your order number in the subject where #### is, and attach photos of your concerns in the email so that we can provide help and support on product descriptions, whether we will accept items for repairs or exchanges, or accepting returns.

If we agree on a return or exchange from our email communications there are two ways we can conduct these. 

If it is a return, we ask for your goodies to be posted back to us in the condition that we have discussed in emails and for you to provide us the tracking number. Once we receive them back in the agreed condition, we can process your refund which may take a few business days for your money, including postage, to be received back the way your order was placed.  

If it is a size or style exchange that we agree to in our email communicaitons, we ask for you to purchase the new item, and we will pop in an extra post bag with your new goodies. When it is received by you, you pop in your items that you are sending back and pop it into the post. When it is received by us, we'll process your refund of returned item if it is in the agreed condition from our email communications.

Exchanges and Returns that we cannot accept and process as non-used, non-worn items upon receipt of them:

Items that have animal hair, strong smells, incense, perfumes, deodorant, essential oils, food, inflicted damage, been washed, and generally not in unworn conditions besides being tried on.


Handmade Items

Items custom handmade to order have agreed sizing, fabric choices, style inclusions and measurements given by customers.

Items purchased from handmade retail have detailed descriptions on sizing recommendations, fabric and measurements.

Handmade items have care instructions to be adhered to for best wear and longevity including washing, ironing and drying instructions.

In the event of a garment made from the measurements given and fabric selected, if there are any minor or major problems please email us with photos attached and we can begin email communications around your possible return or exchange. 

Change of mind or not reading product description and sizing details does not constitute a minor or major problem.
